Privacy Policy

Last updated: draft, not yet published

Draft — not yet legally reviewed. This page is generated from what the Mingo Noir app already tells users about its own data practices. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be relied on as a binding legal document until it is.

What we collect

We collect the information you provide directly — your name, email address, and travel preferences — along with the trips you create in the app (destinations, dates, itinerary details, packing lists, and budget entries).

Location data

Location is used only when you explicitly search for places within the app (for example, adding a hotel or activity). We do not track or store your location in the background, and it is never stored beyond that in-the-moment search.

How we store your data

All trip data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We run on AWS infrastructure with access controls and regular security audits. Authentication is handled through AWS Cognito; we do not store your password in plaintext at any point.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Deleting your account

Contact support@mingonoir.com and we will process the deletion request within 48 hours. All your trip data is permanently removed at that point.
